vocational Advisory

I work with people at career and life crossroads to understand themselves more clearly, explore possibilities, and discover — or create — work that fits who they are.

Discover. Discern. Design.

This isn't traditional career coaching.

I won't write your résumé, prepare you for interviews, or tell you what job you should pursue.

Instead, we have thoughtful conversations about who you are, what you're good at, what matters to you, and what possibilities might fit.

Sometimes that means discovering an existing path. Sometimes it means creating one of your own.

Most people reach out when they know something needs to change — but aren't quite sure what comes next.

Advisory Sessions

An Advisory Session is a one-on-one conversation focused on you and where you are right now.

Depending on what you're wrestling with, we might explore:

  • your strengths and natural abilities

  • what gives you energy — and what drains it

  • your interests, values, and motivations

  • patterns from your work and life experience

  • career, business, or entrepreneurial possibilities

  • new possibilities you may not have considered

  • what seems to fit — and what doesn't

  • practical experiments or next steps

There's no predetermined formula.

We start where you are and work from there.

Discover. Discern. Design.

My approach is simple:

Discover — Understand who you are.
We look at your strengths, interests, values, experiences, and what gives you energy.

Discern — Explore what fits.
We consider possibilities, look for patterns, and determine which directions are worth exploring.

Design — Create what comes next.
We turn insight into action — whether that's a new role, career change, entrepreneurial path, second act, or something you create for yourself.

after the session

You'll leave with greater clarity about what you're seeing, what you're learning about yourself, and what might be worth exploring next.

When helpful, I'll also send a short follow-up with observations, ideas, resources, or next steps from our conversation.

Simple. Personal. Useful.

How It Works

  1. Schedule a session

  2. We talk through where you are and what you're considering

  3. You decide what comes next

One session may be enough.

Or we can meet again when it would be helpful.

No packages.
No long-term commitments.
No pressure to continue.
