My Story
Hi, I’m John Schnoebelen.
I’ve spent my career building, advising, and working alongside entrepreneurs and small business owners. I know firsthand how hard it is to think clearly when you’re deep in the business, wearing all the hats, and trying to keep everything moving.
What I kept looking for - and rarely found - was a trusted outside perspective. Someone who understood entrepreneurship, could listen carefully, ask better questions, and give honest feedback without an agenda.
That’s the role I now play for others.
I don’t bring corporate frameworks, long reports, or five-year plans. I work as a strategic thinking partner - helping business owners step back, see clearly, and decide what matters most right now.
