clarity for what’s next

what drives me

I'm naturally drawn to people, ideas and businesses at an inflection point.

People trying to figure out what's next. Entrepreneurs exploring an idea. Business owners wondering if there's a better opportunity or direction.

These moments can be exciting, but they can also be hard to see clearly when you're in the middle of them.

That's where I tend to be most useful.

I listen, ask questions, spot patterns and possibilities, and help turn what's swirling around in your head into clearer options and practical next steps.

My Story

Hi, I'm John Schnoebelen.

I've spent more than 30 years as an entrepreneur, business owner, inventor, real estate advisor and consultant.

Along the way, I've started businesses, helped build and grow others, developed and licensed products, explored more ideas than I can count, and advised people trying to figure out what to do next.

I've also wrestled with that question myself.

I've learned that finding the right direction isn't always about having more ideas. Sometimes it's about stepping back, understanding yourself and your situation more clearly, and seeing possibilities you couldn't see from the inside.

Looking back, that's also the role I've naturally played for other people.

I listen. I ask questions. I connect dots. I see possibilities. And I enjoy helping people make sense of what's next.

That's the work I'm doing now.

Why this Matters

Because I've lived it.

I know what it's like to:

• have plenty of ideas but not know which one to pursue
• have momentum but still feel like something doesn't fit
• wonder whether it's time for a different direction
• face an important decision without enough clarity
• wish you had someone outside the situation to think it through with

That experience shapes how I work.

I don't come in with a formula or try to tell you what you should do.

I listen, ask questions, challenge assumptions, spot possibilities and help you see your situation from a different perspective.

The goal is simple: greater clarity about what fits, what has potential, and what to do next.

my MISSION

To help thoughtful, entrepreneurial people see possibilities they might not see on their own and create a better way forward.
